Tracy, Thanks for writing! I love getting comments on my blog. I've already written to you privately, but I wanted to share the information here for others who might be interested.

Noe Construction (pronounced NO-ee) is owned and operated by a husband and wife team, Randy and Nancy Noe. They're trim carpenters by trade, and they've done work for lots of high quality area builders, such as Jimmy Jacobs out in Woodland Park, and for Bobby Fredrickson. They've been in construction about 25 years as trim carpenters (and they still do trim carpentry work). They struck out on their own as builders a few years ago. As far as I know, they don’t have a website.

The homes in Briarwood really are cute, aren't they? The white stone exteriors look very upscale, and that look is continued inside the homes with granite counters and great floorplans. The Noe homes are very appealing, and so are the homes built by Bedrock Custom Homes and Destiny Builders. This neighborhood has a lot going for it...and it's affordable, too!
