Edward, I'll be interested to know how your more educated palate reacts to Mama Fu's. You have to remember, I grew up in a small town in Wisconsin. The closest we came to Chinese food when I was growing up was the chop suey my Polish grandmother made every year when she visited us. I don't know whether Mama Fu's menu is authentic, but I stand behind my statement that it's delicious. I'll look forward to hearing what you think!

Wow Jenel, I'm typically unimpressed with Chinese restaurants...being Chinese I can get away with saying that. My wife's family cooks tons of Vietnamese food so my taste buds are very familiar with that too. So when a suggestion comes to try a "main-stream" Asian restaurant I'm usually very reluctant. However, you've definitely got my curiosity up and I'm ready to take a dive. I'll let you know what I think:) Great review and thanks for keeping us all updated!
