You have to remember, I grew up in a small town in Wisconsin. The closest we came to Chinese food when I was growing up was the chop suey my Polish grandmother made every year when she visited us. I don't know whether Mama Fu's menu is authentic, but I stand behind my statement that it's delicious. I'll look forward to hearing what you think! My wife's family cooks tons of Vietnamese food so my taste buds are very familiar with that too. So when a suggestion comes to try a "main-stream" Asian restaurant I'm usually very reluctant. However, you've definitely got my curiosity up and I'm ready to take a dive. I'll let you know what I think:) Great review and thanks for keeping us all updated!
