Instructions for Payment

Note: Please don’t pay for your room until your booking has been confirmed with the owners.

Note: You do not need a Paypal account. You can pay via Paypal through Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or through most banks. Please see our refund policy below.

  1. Select the length of your stay from the drop-down menu and click “Add to Cart.” This will automatically open a separate, secure Paypal window that will display your shopping cart. Keep this window open until you’re ready to check out.
  2. If you’re confirmed for a length of time that does not appear in the drop-down menu, you may need to add more than one length of stay to your cart. For example, if you’re staying for one week and two nights, you need to add both “5 to 7 nights - $500″ and “2 nights $200″ to the cart.
  3. When you have finished adding your entire length of stay to the cart, go to the Paypal window and verify that the total length of stay is correct. If there are any errors, you can select the “Remove” box for the appropriate line and then click “Update cart.”
  4. When the total length of stay is correct in the Paypal shopping cart, click “Proceed to checkout.”
  5. Follow Paypal’s instructions to pay for your stay.

Refund Policy: We have a very liberal refund policy. Basically, if you have to cancel, we’ll refund your money. The only caveat to this is that when you use your credit card to pay via PayPal, we’re assessed a fee of 2.9% plus 30 cents. ($52.50 on a monthlong stay.) We’ll deduct this fee from your refund when you cancel. When you use your bank account or PayPal funds to pay via PayPal, they don’t charge us a fee, so you’ll receive a 100% refund if you cancel.
